So Burning Man is over again. I got home just a few hours ago. I can already see how difficult readjusting is going to be this time. It's been a pretty trying week, but nothing really came crashing down till the last 24 hours or so.

I have "playa lung" even though I did far better than I have in previous years when it comes to wearing a dust mask. It's gotten to the point where I can no longer form words at all, just the occasional gasping noise. Which should be tons of fun when school starts.

School starts Tuesday. I'm not at all prepared. I don't know if they've fixed my schedule yet, or even if it'll be correct when they do. I already have one class I know I need to change.

I got to say goodbye to maybe 6 of the 50 people I wanted to see before I left. Walking away from certain individuals was even harder than I expected it to be. I'm especially noticing that right now. With clear thinking and some hope, that particular problem may not be so bad next year. We'll see.

The last thing my Dad really said to me was something I really wish I'd never heard him say. We haven't really talked about it yet. I don't know if we will. It was a fairly minor incident that just took a wrong turn I guess. He's driving home so I won't see him for a week or so. I hate that I'll be thinking about it so much till be he gets back.

My wallet was stolen out of my locked car while we were having breakfast in Reno. I lost a few things I really can't replace as well as my debit card, so I won't have money for about 2 weeks.

I'm dusty and dirty and bitchy and I feel sick. This overwhelming miserable feeling is keeping me (for the time being) from thinking about the amazing time I had. So I'm going to go to sleep, and hopefully when I wake up I'll feel one thousand times better and be able to get used to being home and dressing decently again.
